The Boulder Grab Attachment is a separate accessory that attaches to our BL 980 Clamp (SOLD SEPARATELY) to pick boulders up to 980 lbs. It adjusts from 0”-38”. We recommend using an excavator for ease of install and setting boulders accurately. Ideal for building boulder walls and water features!

The boulder grab attachment has been great for the right size and shape boulders. We have maxed it out using it to pickup irregular shape outcropping stone. We wore the teeth side off quickly and had to remove a piece on the re-bar side. It works but we will need to get another boulder grab before this job is done.
The Quick-E-Boulder Grab is a very handy tool that makes it so much easier to place small to medium size boulders exactly where you want them. I’ve had it about a year and it is well made and holding up very well. We use it on a Cat mini excavator and also a John Deere rubber track machine.
We purchased the boulder grab when it first came out, and we have been using it for about 9 months now. I think there are a few things to remember when purchasing this product is "boulders" are irregular and each one is different. With that being said you need to adjust the clamp appropriately to get the max use out of it. While this is sometimes slower making adjustments on the pins for my guys, it has saved a many backs and is much safer. Also its worth noting that while it may take a bit to make the adjustments straps take just as long to rig, and sling a boulder if not longer to release it. Personally as we have used this product over the last year we do like it a lot but believe the real value is in safety. Its efficient tool once you are able to fine tune the adjustment's on the pins and get the hang of the small learning curve in regards to adjustments. I certainty recommend this product for those small to medium size boulders. #justevolved
