Originally, I was disappointed. Probably my fault, but didn’t realize it’s thin walled aluminum tubing. Thought it would have more heft, and was afraid it wouldn’t hold up well enough as a screed. After multiple usages as a screed on harder more compact materials it’s held up quite well with relatively no scaring to the level. I’d still prefer solid flat bar to tubing, however as a level it does it’s job.

Quality built

The leveler slash of straight edge is a good quality built piece of equipment. I’m sure I will get a lifetime of use out of it.
